Guest engagements have already taken her to Switzerland, Italy, France, Argentina, the George Enescu Festival in Bucharest, the Marvão Music Festival in Portugal, as well as to Israel, Canada, the USA and Brazil.
She holds bachelors and master degrees from the University of Music and performing Arts Munich as well as the Mozarteum Salzburg and draws artistic inspiration from masterclasses with renowned figures such as Juliane Banse, Chen Reiss, Wolfgang Holzmair, Andreas Scholl, Gregory Lamar, Christiane Iven, and Dame Emma Kirkby.
As part of the “Change of Arts, Arts of Change” scholarship, she co-founded the artist collective EnvironMental Arts with fellow students, focusing on themes of sustainability and mental health. There, she performed the leading role in the opera production The Tale of the Earth and the Youth. During her bachelor’s studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, she performed the role of Berta in Rossini’s The Barber of Seville. With the Baroque orchestra La Banda, she appeared in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas. Her operatic repertoire includes roles such as Mozart’s Pamina, Weber’s Ännchen, and Menotti’s Lucy.
As a recitalist, she is particularly passionate about the works of female composers.Recently you could hear her performing in New York, Vienna, Munich and at the Hidalgo Festival.
Clara also dedicates herself to contemporary music with enthusiasm. Among other things, she premieres the work “Dionysos”, created specifically for her trio of soprano – double bass – piano, by and with Ektoras Tartanis.
Her love for singing was nurtured early on in the children’s and youth choir of the Bavarian State Opera. Already at the age of eight, the Austrian-German Clara took on a variety of roles—from Brundibar and Lucignolo to solo parts in operas such as La Bohème and Die Gezeichneten.
